Daylin is a natural creative and hardworking professional who loves to explore new ideas, and solve crucial problems with unique and out of the box thinking.
Daylin graduated from Howard University in Washington, DC with a B.B.A in Computer Information Systems. He has taken a wide array of courses ranging from programming, entrepreneurship, and consulting. Daylin has also served as an adjunct professor for Montgomery College for continuing education students. His peers would describe him as a team player who enthusiastically takes on tasks and enjoys solving complex problems.

In 2016, he founded Emerging Coders at Howard University, in order to create a safe space for diverse students to learn how to code, be creative, share ideas, and also network with those who have a similar passions.
One of the greatest gifts from Emerging Coders is the sense of community within the CIS department that was established as a result of Emerging Coders. During meetings, students dedicated their time to refining technical skills and sharing what they've learned. To this day Daylin is amazed and so proud of influence Emerging Coders has had on the alumni. Many are now working for leading companies such as Facebook, Adobe, Deloitte, Lockheed Martin, and Accenture to name a few.
